Shipping & Warranty Policies:

Every product purchased on the InfraMats website is backed by the Manufacturer’s warranty terms and will be serviced accordingly. Delivery times may vary from product to product. Customers can verify delivery times and product availability in their area by contacting InfraMats.

7 Days Delivery Time: Products marked as “In Stock” will be delivered within 7-10 business days in areas covered by the Manufacturer’s channel partners. For other regions, orders will be dispatched from the Central warehouse via transport services, which may take 10-15 days, depending on the location. Business days do not include public holidays and Sundays.

Out of Stock Items: Currently, these products are not available for sale. Please contact us with your details, and we will notify you once they become available for purchase on InfraMats.

With every order, customers will receive an email, SMS and Phone Call detailing their purchase. Customers can also track their order history in their cart. Once items are shipped, an additional email with shipping details will be sent.

If an order is canceled as per the customer’s request, they will be informed via SMS. We manage all deliveries through our Transport & Channel partners. Should there be no channel partner in your vicinity, we will deliver your items via local transport. For orders containing critical items, we will contact you to arrange a convenient alternative delivery location serviced by our channel partners.

Please inspect all products thoroughly upon delivery for any incidental damages. Claims, other than those related to manufacturing defects, will not be accepted once the product is delivered and payment is received.

The price listed on our website is the total cost—taxes included. There are no additional charges.

Warranty Terms & Conditions: Our warranty terms and conditions align with InfraMats’ warranty policies.

Items labeled ‘In Stock’ are stored in our various Manufacturer warehouses and typically reach our customers within 12-15 business days. For items that need to be procured or imported, delivery times can range between 1-2 weeks. In the event of stock unavailability, InfraMats will fully refund the amount, and the order will be canceled. In case of a pricing error, we will communicate with the customer to reach a mutually beneficial resolution.

InfraMats does not deliver items internationally. However, we warmly welcome orders from anywhere in Bangladesh.
